I guess some people need to learn the essence of JV.
You dont waste people time if you are sure you dont have the capacity or you can make yourself available.
It takes 2 to work together, and there are some set rules/responsibilities, but if the other party isnt meeting up with an excuse then no need for JV in the first instance.
