Hey guys, building AMZ sites is a ball ache. Endless hours building these things. They take a while if you do it properly.

Either way, ive let myself go, stuck on laptop for minimum 12-18 hours a day. I need to get back to what i used to look like.

What apps you guys use for weight gain? Or muscle gain. Apps that actually help instead of pushing to get you to pay. I've been looking on playstore, but would rather try one someone is using instead of trawling through playstore for days on end.

Happy to pay for a useful app, not one of those apps that "WE" the black hatters create to make money.

Coming from a partially anorexic white dude in recovery

Why the F**K is an app more requested than eating food?!

Curiousness aside; I've put on 2 stone in the past month from walking once a day for a good hour, eating a banana once a day after dinner, breakfast in the mornings with water and lifting weights(for us scrawny little stick people our own body weight is enough weight).

These might sound a bit odd and sound like they'll make you LOSE weight but a lot of weight gain is based around exercise and small things like that.

Don't do rugs kids

You can do an online research and find some food suggestions, go talk to a doctor or accept and love yourself the way you are and spend your precious time on other, more meaningful things in life.

Well, good luck to you anyway! :)

MyFitnessPal + Strong workout tracker is the best combination you will find

@CPANathan
I am eating, just not eating more than am burning currently. Currently squaring one to two meals. Having a protien shake every other day. Still no gain.
Pumped iron for a month, got bored, building sites is more fun lol.

@mrtruehybrid i will check out myfitnesspal and probably try and get back on the weights. Its just finding the damn motivation init!

Im happy to accept the way i am, its just damn society that has things to say about how we look.

Ok so I'll put it in a way we both understand

Makes a landing page, makes a home page, makes a theme for the site, does all the backend work, finishes the site then gives up when members start joining

You started eating daily, started working out, started drinking protein shakes then stopped because you were bored

Yeah try MyFitnessPal!

1. Track your current calories for a week and take the average.
Example:
Day1: 1847 kcal
Day2: 2162 kcal
...
Day7: 1647 kcal
Tot: 13317
Average: 1902 per day
(Meanwhile write down your weight every morning before breakfast)
Now you know that with this calories you can't gain weight or even worse, you lose weight

2. Start the 2nd week and try to increase the calories by 200kcal per day
Once again write down the calories every single day
Example:
Day1: 2136 kcal
...
...
Tot: 14569
Average: 2039 per day
(Keep writing down your weight every morning)
Start noticing if your weight is increasing (it will probably take more than just a week, increase by 200kcal/day again

2. Keep doing this until you start gaining weight and you feel unconfortable eating more during the day
Now you know that with this daily kcal you gain weight, so stick to this routine for months until your weight will stabilize, then it is time to increase again if you can.

This is what I did in order to gain some weight. This month I got around +4kg

Remember, it takes time and dedication, you won't get results if you don't stay consistent and if you don't write down things every single day (It doesn't take more than 10 mins duh)
And btw eat healthy and exercise 4+ days/week for great results.

My list:

Those are my results, when I started (on the 1st of september) I was 54 kg, now I almost hit 60kg consistently
I eat healthy calories almost everyday (rice, veggies, meat, eggs, fish) and I exercise 4/5 days/week for 1.30/2 hours.
I have noticed awesome results on my body as well, I am really happy with the results :)
Just keep grinding

I started at 53kg 6'6 (yes, anorexic), now I am 92kg at 6'6 and I can squat 160kg. Give it your all and it will be rewarded.

Dang I force fed myself for months to get where I am because of people saying annoying stuff like "slenderman" and stuff, I'd say 6'6 and the same weight as me but '8 taller was roooooough to gain weight with

3-4 years

Should I be turning any fat I put on into muscle straight away? 75%-80% of my older family members that I know put on some serious weight around 21-30 years old and at 21 I've just been trying to get that weight gain and fear the weight gain consecutively. So I eat like heck then do push ups, planks, full body lifts using counters, sit ups etc for upper body muscle/weight loss. Am I on the right track?

Gaining fat is unavoidable. Just workout and aim for a gain of 2kg a month
