What to Sell Next?

Hi,

I've been finding items on eBay - taking the entire add and posting it on one of my countries/states biggest classified sites and selling stuff like that for over a year now. I never see the item, when someone buys it on the classified site I just buy it off the eBay ad and put the buyers address in instead of my own. Of course I mark up the price on the classified site. I've been doing this on an off for a year or so now but I seem to have come to a stop...

...None of my items are selling. I went from selling cheap Smart Watches; they died off. I sold furniture/storage; no one is interested in that now. I sold stationary, smart lighting and a few other things, all of which have gone cold.

I thought that I'd come on here and ask the SMARTEST people in the universe what I should try and find and sell next using this method? What's the one not over top item normal people will buy? What should I sell next?

There's not an ultimate answer to "what to sell". Build a site, brand it, pick trending products and sell them via ads.

Hi thanks. Appreciate the advice. I'm sure there are opinions and ideas on what to sell or what could be sold - it's whether or not people want to help you. I don't need to build a site, I already sell on a classified site that generates enough sales, the problem is finding the right items to sell.

Whatever you sell you need to sell what people want and differentiate yourself from your competitors.

Chances are you were either doing neither of the above or just one!

Great idea. Find high ticket fast selling items that you could put on for 10-20% cheaper on the classified ads site as the ebay sellers margins ensure they have to put minimum 30% for fees etc - then find a wholesaler rather than dropshipping from ebay.
