Looking for some slow but steady method

Hey All,
I just recently landed a pretty awesome programming job (my first 6 figure job), but I'm still trying to make some money on the side to help pay off my student loans faster -- (~130k+).

I'm able to put in ~2 hours per day and more on weekends.

The current thought is to create drip-fed blogs for popular niches, and set up one every month/autopilot it. I could also spend time doing other methods, but most things like youtube / insta require more time because accounts get banned and other things happen. Hoping for other suggestions/ideas Thanks, guys!

Cool bro I am a student too at programming , I have ano schoolarship though.
Ifvyou eant to make money with that amount of time you want to invest try creating cool websites for others or yourself.
If you know programming socisl media is not worth your time believe me.

Two hours a day every day is enough time if you keep working every day of the week.
It's actually mostly basic text editing and data entry.
It is true that automation can be integrated, but I do not recommend automation at least not in the texts.

Dude being a landlord sucks. I manage 5 rental properties and it is pretty much the worst thing to ever deal with. Evictions are expensive and timely. Government protects the tenant even when they are not paying (obviously laws are diff based on jurisdiction, speaking about mine). The money is so much easier elsewhere. Make money on the internet, go travel and enjoy your life. If I may ask, how many properties do you have?

The issue with automation is that Google detects spun content pretty well now, so there isn't any real automating the content which is the most expensive part of the process. Dealing with writers is also a PITA.
