I've been doing this full time for over 16 years.
One thing that I HIGHLY suggest is to promote PPL(pay per lead...lead generation) offers. This is because there is no credit card / purchase required to complete an offer. All a user has to do is fill out a form, so conversion rates are typically much higher that offers that require a sale to be made.
How will you be getting your data?
If you are generating your own opt-in data or getting fresh / targeted 3rd party data (buying or rev-share), I recommend using ESPs.
The key is to use those that provide shared IPs, that way you can piggyback off the good IP reputation that the others have built up and you should be able to get go deliverability.
You also want to use those that allow affiliate marketing, you can typically find this listed somewhere on the site.
If you are uploading the data, you want to use those that don't require a confirmation message to be sent and the user has to then confirm (opt-in) before any marketing messages can be sent.
The two most popular are aweber.com and getresponse.com.

4) If your having a spam folder problem...test (see below) and isolate what the problem is and fix.

B. IP / domain reputation: any IP / domain associated with the mailing
C. Content: Everything in the message body / subject line, including template
At a minimum you can set up seeds for aol, gmail, yahoo, hotmail/outlook, as they can account for as much as 85%-90% of a list (including parent domains using same mx). Then set up / acquire any other seed accounts possible. For Gi, you could set up an account with spamassassin and pyzor/razor add-on's and use it as a seed account.

Here how it works in a few easy steps:
Get a domain name and hosting..
1. buy autoresponder (aweber is good)
2. create a squeeze page (email catching page)
3. after someone opts-in on your squeeze page redirect them to a pay per lead offer
4. make follow-up series (basically a sequence of emails that is sent to each lead systematically)
5. pull traffic to your squeeze page
6. ?
7. profit
What happens here is easy to understand. When someone opts-in to your page his email is getting captured inside your 'email list' which is hosted on the autoresponder. After a successful optin the visitor gets redirected to a offer which usually also requires a optin to payout. Seeing the fact that he just opted to you there is a big chance he will also optin to the offer.... you get paid.
In the following days your follow-up series will kick in, meaning the visitor will also recieve daily/weekly emails from you automatically with content you create (usually affiliate links to other pay per lead offers) this way you can post-earn on each visitor instead of only once.
Attention: in the beginning you will most likely be spending more then you earn as your list is still small (or you will break even on your spending). But once the list is big you can also blast them with any offer at will (not just the follow-ups). You can do the math easily, imagine you have a 100k active list, and you blast a PPL offer which pays 1$ on optin to them. And 1000 of these 100k actually do it (1% cuz i am a pessimist) equals 1000$ profit from 1 mass email sent.

As an affiliate marketer I use runcpa and to promote their quality offers I use mailchimp for email marketing.This gives me good results.

Mailchimp doesn't allow you to mail affiliate offers and they are pretty quick to catch those that do.
