I'm using an smtp on AWS with a particular domain. I paid someone to set it up. Anyway, all the messages end up in spam (but come through) and I cannot receive mails, which he says is a firewall issue that can be fixed.
How can I know what's the problem? Senderscore.org just says SPF is not configured, no mentions of blacklist. Some other rep checking websites won't let me connect and gave me an access denied error, which makes me think it could be the IP.
I'm a noob at this stuff. Anyone here with any wisdom? What should I do?
