Had a few issues a couple of months back, KW dropped from page 1 to 5... I lost a lot of traffic.

Seems this is a strong service. I got a couple of #1 ranks in a very low competition keyword, and also a few second-or-third page ranks with it for medium competition keywords. So the service seems worth using. I shall order more in the near future from the provider.
