Just have to post my review and update

I'm new to this but I bought a server. After purchasing a server, it's been almost two weeks, and OP replies very slowly. I would ask when he can be online to help me or if he can send me exact screenshots, and he has never done so. He replies one sentence and when I reply he doesn't reply. He never tells me what time zone he's online when I asked. I'm stuck at trying to update my DNS.

I even requested a refund which was ignored. Rather than charge backing on Paypal, I'd rather try to resolve it here first.

If anyone else is able to successfully connect to his servers that he sold, I will pay you to guide me.

Hope to resolve this with OP soon, or I'll be making a report to the admins.

Resolved and got a refund

It's too bad, I wanted to really use this service. OP is too busy to provide any help or support and didn't give accurate instructions.

Now I have to find another provider.

Do you host the sending software or do I need my own VPS with Maiwizz or Interspire?
