Before reading this thread I was able to verify my PayPal account.
1. I used a German IP address
2. PayPal filed for identification with me and submitted my ID card and some agreement from the Bank.
3. A few days later Paypal lifted the restrictions.
4. Today I decided to connect and verify my bank account with PayPal.

It looks like it's all right now, but I'm afraid it will suspend my account after a while.
Through this android application there is no number from Germany I can verify.
I use my Paupal now with IP from a country that does not support PayPal.
If you have any tips on how to secure my extra money I would be grateful.
So A have wrong address, and I don't have verification from mobile phone.

Disclaimer: This is for non-US users who can’t create a PayPal account, and US based ones who want to create a stealth account. Ignore this thread if you do know how to do that. I’m not affiliated with any sites/apps mentioned here.

Whether we like it or not, we need PayPal, and until there’s a universal alternative, we’ll always do. The thing is, we don’t always want to use our real names there. Many people want to, but can’t do it because PayPal isn't available in their country. That’s where Stealth accounts come in to save the day. Stealth accounts are just normal accounts, but with fake info, made for one of the reasons mentioned above (or to scam people, in some cases. Please don’t do that). I’ve seen many people looking to buy a US phone number or a PVA PayPal account or things like that, and every time I was like “What? Why don’t they create one themselves?”. I’m guessing many users don’t know what are VOIP numbers and how to get cheap ones, so here you go.

If I just want to use for paying and not receive money, can I use my own debit card? Will PayPal ask for what name shown in the debit card if I creating US PayPal? N is friend and family option available for US acct?

Actually, I'm not from the US. And cant get google voice to verify here.

Do you have any idea how to get verified on google voice?
