Hi

I have created backlink from another site to my money site that has 302 redirect to offer at another site.

Does this count as some kind of backlink or should i change link to my money site that has another link to offer?

It is very closely related but i don't know about metrics. I have done only 1 page with backlinks but i think i do couple pages more covering some other topics.

A 302 is a temporary redirect, so it's unlikely your link will realise it's full value.

Try changing it to a 301. There's nothing inherently wrong with 301/redirect links, just understand that by the pure PageRank formula, you lose a bit of link juice every hop the crawler has to make.

I changed link header to 301. I did notice from analytics that i got 1 click, propably my test, and it gives 100% bounce?

I try to clarify. So bounce is one part of analytics and this method increases it.

Main site has list of offers. I am using shortened links with 301 redirect to external offer page.
On my second page i have article that has shortened link and it will goes through my site to offer page.

302 redirects retain the full value in the origin site. They are completely useless.

I checked any redirected links, 4xx and 5xx by Screaming Frog. It's really helping me to detect all mistakes

I checked my site with screaming frog and i haven't even noticed that translatepress breaked my links by adding language code there. Great that i managed to fix that one.

Hmm, how you checked translatepress?

screaming frog showed status 404 on offer links where country code was added. My links won't normally have country codes. I don't understand why my normal posts work with country code but those didn't.

In translatepress there was option "Force language in custom links" and when i changed that to no, my offers work as those link won't get country code. But still my posts has code but works. Sounds little complicated for me but at least its working the way i want it to work.

There are a lot of errors and bugs thanks to WP plugins

Thats true. I think my site is rather simple but still has given me so much trouble to get work the way i would like to. It seems that i still have many things to add and improve. Would be nice to have little more visitors. Could pump my motivation to next level :)

It's required a lot of work to boost him, are u made on-page optimization?

Haven't done optimization. And now i don't know how thats done. I have read some seo guides and i have seen that on-page optimization has big role in this. I have been adding content, offers and making it working. There are some country restrictions on offers and i think i have managed to not show those if user is from specific country.

Are you use SEO plugins like yoast or rankmath?

Yoast is good for optimizing meta tags and titles. I download rankmath, it has more pros than yoast, try it. It will help to optimize preview of your site in google and social networks. Checked all titles and descriptions. Are you connect you sitemap to search console?
