Possibly interested but just have one question however - even when doing this manually, i thought that you are still prone to get action blocks when doing f/uf regardless of breaks, age of account, etc. which can lead to damaging the health of your account in the longrun.

Blocks are still possible even manually.
We’ve been doing this for 2 months now and have found ways to minimize blocks the most we can, we consider limits, speed and everything else to prevent blocks.

Does this service still work? I was with another service and they are saying that it is making them change passwords on the IG accounts every 24-48 hours which is not going to happen. Just wondering if it's all growth services or just that one. The owner says all other services are having the same problem.
