I'd normally let this go but I hope you can see the stupidity in your statement. You're implying an either/or scenario and that is not correct. Comments like that are most times inherently racist and even if your statement were correct the people Google hires are probably a hell of a lot smarter and qualified than you are.

That sounds like diversifying.
Diversity doesn't mean race/color. it can mean your lack of knowledge (aka: why you jumped to such an ignorant conclusion without verifying/asking), your place of living, etc. Maybe people don't want a thick Chicago accent in google halls, so they hire some Yankees? Maybe it's a sausage fest? So they hired some females. That's Diversity. Give your head a shake please, we're all friends here. I seen no racist remarks

I had some problems with indexing new posts last months. Sometimes they not index for 10-15 days, all good quality new posts. Or the newer post index in 24h and older one not in days. I never want to force index through the console but now i see it seems Google have some problems..hopefuly they resolve this

It's just a reply their PR team gives to all the news websites whenever the topic of diversification gets raised in the tech industry. And any publicly-traded company would like to avoid a mob of angry twitter users in 2019 where CANCEL CULTURE is an everyday thing.
BTW I am not a finacial expert, but I was wondering whether all major google search updates happen during the ending of every quarter just to please the investors?

Yeah true, but it's kinda been proven as a fact. Especially because google can't pretend to diversify, while they are actually biased/based off skill, or else they'd be called out / etc. Especially in today's cancel culture.
Diversity ran all the way up the chain into science & society. Cancel culture is actually offended to see only women or men scientists.
Idk, call me old school. But I prefer to leave problems up to the professionals with the highest amount of skill. Not leave it up to a man/female who's unskilled, but hired based off diversifying gender/etc.
IDC if it's an alien, dog, or tree giving me heart surgery, just give me the best of the best.
& Based on the updates, I've heard it'll slow down. The recent updates were against crypto, indexing errors, etc.
