Summary
For the review, I asked @BlackGrumps for their agency site, ad pack, pro video, and 3-page layout services. The details of my review are below.

Service Information
  • The seller was extremely patient during the backlog, which I always appreciate it.
  • Right off the bat, the seller was friendly and sent us exactly what they needed to get the ball rolling with the review.
  • I received a Google Drive link with two folders for the agency sites. Both folders came with a welcome brochure for each site URL that the seller created. The welcome brochures go over the login credentials for the site, but the presentation of them is excellent.
  • For the small business website, it came with the website and two contract templates. The contract templates were, for the most, professionally written and covered the scope fairly well. However, buyers should tailor these to their own needs.
  • The small business website itself was made using WordPress. The login page had a custom URL and there was no duplicate content on the pages according to Copyscape. To comment on the content, it seemed to be written fairly well. The photos on the website were stock photos and the site had a custom favicon. It was a 3-page website (home-page, contact page, and about page), just as advertised, and from what I could see, it came with everything mentioned in the sales graphic.
  • The ad agency website was built on WordPress like the small business site. It was set up as a landing page and reminded me a bit of a BST here on the forum with the way the packages and everything else was set up. I Copyscape checked the content on the website and no issues came up.
What Could Use Improvement
  • Whilst I liked the contracts, they did seem a little too casual at points, but nothing that bad. Something that could've been added in were highlights of what a customer would normally want to change in the contract (e.g., pricing).
Additional Information
  • For those of you who are aware of my BST colour-grading system, this is the closest a seller has come to getting a teal review on the forum. @BlackGrumps conducted themselves professionally, offered what they said, offered more than decent quality, and was an overall pleasure to work with during the review process.
  • This review process was conducted by @WilhelmScream, who sent the review details to the seller and provided other specifications, and myself, who started the review and reviewed the final product.
For Buyers: The quality of the product or service that I receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.

For Buyers Regarding Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. For more information and to see whether or not your dispute qualifies, refer to the shit list rules and procedures.
 
Highly recommended! These guys are awesome and do an amazing job! Use them for all your services that you need to get your agency started.
 
REVIEW:

I received a review copy from the OP before 3 months. The landing page was truly amazing. Mobile-friendly smooth design. I didn't need a revision.
I told him what I'm planning to do with it and he just asked me a couple questions about the point of the landing page and he came back really fast with the final result.

What I really like was the OPs will to help. I took his whole day to help me move the site from one hosting to another and he didn't even reject a message, he was replying instantly.
The work is done professionally, you can't go wrong. He is one kind guy who is dedicated 200% into his work.

Highly recommend. You can't go wrong!
