Hi what is the status of this order? It is now 8 days since ordering which is outside of the quoted TAT of 3-7 days. If it's not done, please don't just mass complete it on one day to rush the order through.
I've used you a few times and this is the first time you've missed a TAT.

I placed 2 orders for combo 350 on 11th Oct and report received a week later. Both order reports are 13 pages and 10 of them are just blank pages, there is supposed to be screenshots for twitter and linked in? FB and pininterest count checker not working. Google plus links replaced with tumblr which is fair enough but again no links provided or screenshots?
I have no idea what's actually delivered, not happy at all!

Sorry for the delay but like I have mentioned in my previous messages we have been flooded with orders this week which is causing the delay. We are trying to catch up

First of all, apologies for the delay. Secondly, we are sorry about the extra pages that comes with the report but perhaps you could just ignore it.
Regarding the report, I have just double checked the report and everything was delivered as promised.
Due to the nature of the service and difference between how every platform works, there is no one single way to track the signals. For example, the API for twitter is blocked and it is no more possible to track the signals with an API, so we share the screenshots of retweets from our panel. However, we have tried our best to present the report in a not so confusing manner though the report is only for reference.
Facebook - The before and after counts are shared in the report
Google plus- Is now replaced with tumblr shares, The before and after count for the same is shared in the report
Twitter- Twitter has discontinued their API so we have shared the retweets screenshot from our panel
Linkedin- There is no way linkedin shares could be tracked, it doesn't have any counter unlike Facebook and twitter.
This is the case with every signal provider
Pinterest- There are no Pinterest signals for your package
I would suggest you to go through the report again and if you are still unhappy we are willing to provide you free signals along with a full refund.
A small note to all our customers- It is getting really difficult to keep with the regular updates of social networks and is no more feasible for us but we are trying our best to keep the service live because discontinuing it would affect a lot of our resellers. If you are placing an order with us, we expect your cooperation if there is a slight delay in delivering the report.

I have already checked the report properly, how am i supposed to know 10 blank pages are supposed to be ignored, one would naturally think there is stuff missing.
There is only before and after count of the fb and one screen shot of tweet. Not impressed at all. There are review copies of social signals better than this. Please refund.

There are before and after screenshot for facebook, tumblr, vk shares, reddit, and pinterest in the report.
Also, Just to let you know we have been selling since 2015 and have fulfilled 3000+ orders. If there is something to be improved, we will definitely work on it but if you are having a problem understanding the report, it is beyond our control to improvise on it. We have tried to make it as simple as possible. I even tried walking you through the report but you dont seem interested in listening.
I have made a full refund back to your Paypal not because we did not deliver what we promised but because I want to save my time. You sound like one of those people that loves to throw a fit over every tiny detail. From what I know you have been demanding from several other sellers too.
With that, you are no more allowed to use this service or any of my services.
I would also like to warn every seller before dealing with him as he only appreciates free stuff. He seems to be having a lot of refund requests lately.
90% of his posts in BHW are in giveaway threads asking for free reviews.
