He meant the video must be kept silet (muted) to keep the retention high. Because he said the views come from pop up traffic, so we need to be stealthy / silent, otherwise it will annoy the users.

1. test video with no-sound - 1 hour in length
2. 1000 watch page views (RAV - ADS but not embedded)

video is unlisted (since no need to get any attention to it)
