My experience with Abelohost so far:
I used them for a few years without any major issues and the support was pretty helpfull. Some issues were on my part, some on their but we always sorted everything out pretty fast.

But this is what happened recently:
My traffic suddenly dropped a few days ago and I was not able to access one of my sites. I wrote in a ticket that I have issues and got the typical answer "check your internet connection - everything is fine". Well, I did before and tried from different connection and different devices. So I sent and screenshot with proof of some test from different proxy locations to prove that there are issues. Support told me to upgrade my package because I don't have enough performance on my server. To bad that I'm already using the largest one and the ressources are barely used. Moved to another host and BOOM - all issues solved.

Who knows how much money slipped trough unnoticed. In my opinion this was completely careless and I have big issues trusting this provider anymore.

Still collecting numbers to see how big the impact was but this is how it looks so far.

Something similar happened to me. They suspended my account all of a sudden which I was barely using, I just had data on my server and I was subscribed to them in the beginning meaning I joined when it was very cheap. The didn't give me any reason, just suspended my account out of the blue. I asked for data backup (I had quite a few sites there) and then they replied that "The data is deleted after service suspension". I mean seriously? Who does that? No notification, nothing. Not even a single message. I wasn't even using any major resources, so that's out of the question. I kind of gave it up when I should have started a shit list. I am just telling my opinion here which I am free to do.
Beware of this service. I have used many offshore providers in the past 5 years or so, and none of them is like this one, thank God! :)

Hi intenso09,

I'm sorry to hear that you have had such an experience with

Before we suggest upgrading, we first check if your website is optimized, if you're using Cloudflare, whether you're using a cache system to lower the load, and whether or not you are being DDoSed or not. Only then, after analyzing your resource usage, do we suggest upgrading. We also share your resource usage so you can see for yourself that that which you have bought, is being used.

Also you said, "Who knows how much money slipped trough unnoticed." Could you elaborate what you meant by that? I'm not quite sure I understand.

Could you share your account details with me privately so I can look into this matter personally. I'll have the technical team double check everything. You said that you were on our biggest plan, which is SSD KVM Pro v64, and you're saying that one of my colleagues said to upgrade even more? It's just that we do not offer v128 at the moment, so it's a little odd that our technical team suggested you to a plan that we do not have.

Hi V,

Although your situation is a bit different than that with intenso09, I'm glad that you have used this opportunity to bring up your issue, which you've had with AbeloHost in the past. Whenever we suspend a service, we ALWAYS provide a reason. I can personally look into what the reason was with your suspension. I will fully consider your perspective, since given my job position, I always choose the side of our clients. I'll analyze it thoroughly, and we are willing to compensate you in full for any damages that we may have done to your project.

Please share me your account details and I'll get back to you ASAP.

Today is everything fine again. But my issue is the approach of the support. He clearly didn't look at my issue or account because I'm using the highest shared hosting and on cpanel I only use a few percent of ressources.
By money I mean - if visitors from certain locations can't reach my site I loose money. And I can not check every day if my servers are doing fine for every region.

I'll let it be how it is for now but his reply made me pretty angry because I just got rejected while trying to provide proof of a possibly serious issue.

What are the limitations of monthly users?

Depends which plan you go for, and what your user is using doing. If he is streaming videos, resources will be used up much faster if they are just reading a text on your website.

Are you DCMA ignore ?

Are you accept adult tube site ?

Can an admin/mod do something about this?

The seller has been unresponsive for over 4 months, and people are still asking questions? This is ridiculous. I thought sellers on BHW were held to higher standards than this.

Thread Closed
@AbeloHost, the PM you received when your sales thread was approved stated that marketplace threads require maintenance. As you've now been absent for 2+ weeks, your thread has been closed.

If you have any outstanding orders, you'll need to submit proof that the orders have either been fulfilled or refunded before we'll reopen your thread. To do this, you'll need to contact the buyers via PM (not Skype or email) so that we can verify it.

Thread Re-Opened

The seller contacted me saying they'll respond to all of the inquires now. They've been informed that sales threads require maintenance and if this happens again, their thread will not be reopened.

Can we host a onlyfans leaked pics/vids website on this hosting?
