Need Instagram child & mother bot

basically I have 2 accounts and I have a specific target audience I’m trying to reach. I want a bot to steal all active followers from someone else’s account (just by mass following & let them follow back) & self promote myself on that account and repeat. She has 100,000 active followers (engaging thru likes and comments) and has a total of 1 million followers. I want the bot to follow only the engaged followers (since those are the ones I want to steal) willing to pay obviously I’m not super cheap like some people here. No offense lol

Jarvee can do that for you, but new IG limits are killing it.

The cost do Mother/Child successfully outweighs the value it gives right now.

It can be done, but at a huge expense. That's the reason the whole Instagram automation community has pulled away from that method.

As for anyone offering it on the marketplace here, I do not think you will find that right now. Any one coming to you as a freelancer promising you cheap M/C method with 100% success is a liar. Do not listen to these claims from un-reputable members.
