I have seen where other people have done it and lose off a decent portion of their members when they switch niche but they keep a portion as well. I want to say Around half are likely to drop but this would vary alot in most cases I would think.

Are you making money off of it? If you are still making cash might be better to start a new one and keep it going. Then again im just spitballing here. Not much firsthand youtube experience

Upload videos regularly and see if you start to get views again

Yes i am currently making money 10-15$ a day it is 4 years old already the views really low i wanna change the content! if anyone have ideas on this kind of strategy to change content?

Lets say if you upload on tuesday & saturday. Change 1 day to your new content and see how your audience reacts to that and if youre gaining new audience on those

I'm in same situation bro, if you pursue that thing, expect that you're channel will become ghosted channel because you're subscribers subscribe it because of the content and when you change it no guaranty that they still stay to your channel
