How to activate such ads in adsense ? i have turned on automatic ads but can't see any of this ads.

Those look like Link ads. Select Link ads when you create an ad.

there's no such options for link ads its only auto ads or ads by unit.

Click on "Ads" in the left menu in the Adsense dashboard, then click on "Ad Units".

You'll then see "Link ads", 5th option under the "Create new ad unit" head.
