What's the best review funnel software?

I'm trying to find a good review funnel software, that's affordable as well. I was interested in Feedback Magnet which is made by a member here. But haven't received any responses from the user or their web support. And it also looks like their site is down now.

I've checked out others like ReviewMiner, ReviewFunnel.io, Grade.us, etc., but they're not what I need it seems like.

I need a simple review software that is somewhat aesthetically pleasing and is able to automate emails. Any suggestions? Google shows a few, but most of the top ones (BirdEye) are more whitehat in the sense that they don't filter out negative reviews.

If you change your mind and go white hat then I can recommend reviews.co.uk as being very good and affordable.

Anything else for white hat? I saw it was $89/month for only 400 review requests. And $149/month for 2,500. What factors into this, why do some companies have unlimited review requests? Seems expensive to me as the ones I was looking at were around $50/month. Appreciate the advice.

The only ones I looked at were Trustpilot which is ridiculously expensive, reviews.co.uk which seemed reasonable in comparison and feefo but I don't know what their pricing is like.
I looked at a lot of wordpress plugins which were mostly one-off cost but I didn't find anything that seemed good enough compared to the above services.

The main things I was looking for were:

• ease of use for the customer - ie the easier it is for them to complete the review, the better, because I want to encourage the highest percentage of customers to review as possible.
• Ability to integrate reviews into website in an efficient way.
• Support for rich snippets and in particular support for Google to pick up the reviews in the business listing under "reviews from the web" - Feefo and reviews.co.uk were the only two providers I found who support this in practice.
• Support to funnel reviews to different providers - I believe reviews.co.uk can funnel a percentage of reviews directly to Google.co.uk, when it detects the user has a google account.

Thanks for the help. I'll look into them. Do they offer any discounts for agencies when you sign up with X amount of clients? I like the SMS feature and overall ease for customers. Out of curiosity, what's the minimum you charge to set this up for a client? My new take is to reach out to local businesses with bad reviews that show up on the first page. Get them on basic review funnel(was aiming for around 200-300/month, just for ease of entry), and upsell for my other services.

Which is why I was mainly looking for a cheaper option.

One other good thing about reviews.co.uk, now that I think about it: you can respond to reviews but you can also request a user modify their review. So you could help your clients to get a bit more involved with their customers and start improving customer relationships.

Well, I don’t think it’s illegal but it is against Google’s TOS.

Thanks, I've seen yours before. I just thought it didn't support SMS. You should talk to a mod about updating your sales thread. Will use this then. Do you have any trials available?
