How to report illegal AdWords ads?

Gambling is illegal in our country. But many gambling sites are using AdWords. I reported it to Google but the punishment is not coming.

They have the effect of lowering my ranking. Is there a good way to solve this?

If they have been happy bidding, most probably they hold G Ads certification for that location. Check your intel, as it's very unlikely to be illegal.

When it's illegal, traffic to such sites is banned and they end up shutting the sites. Or some other countries do blind eyes to online , might be your case!

gambling is illegal in your country but your getting gambling ads in your search results. So does that mean your site is also gambling related? Report the ads and I hope karma catches up to you and someone neg seo's your site.

Some months ago some competitor of mine reported my sites on all over the places where google is, I had some sites hit but same was with his sites after that, so keep in mind, sooner or later karma will come after you. Don't ruin the hard work of someone, cause there is place for everyone.

Also, just only you reporting this may not be enough to cause any ban or harm to those ads and if their ad is running even after you reported then I am sure they must be doing nothing wrong.
