I just got my review copy.
1 pbn post.
Article is readable. Anchor text doesn't necessarily make sense in the sentence, but after all you would pay $3 for article and link.
Metrics are as OP mentioned.
DA 33 and PA 24. RD 40
Domain is indexed and for now has only 4 posts, including the "Hello world" post.
Theme is basic (nothing wrong with that).
However, I would've expected a logo or at least the name of the website.
Currently title and description are:
My BLOG.
My wordpress blog

**Got a free review copy in exchange for my honest review**
The content is what I would expect at this price price, awkwardly readable and obviously spun. Content passed plagiarism checks and was 648 words in length. Anchor text was placed in a good location near the beginning and flowed with the content.
Article contained a relevant image as the feature image.
Metrics:
Moz PA-31 DA-22
Ahrefs DR-6
Backlink profile wasn't the best, but for this price point it's what should be expected.
Area that could use major improvements.
The design or lack of any design.
The site only had 4 posts including the "Hello World". The only page besides the home page was "sample".
Footer had theme credits, no logo, no site name just "MY BLOG" for the site name and "My Wordpress Blog" in the tagline. The side bar still contained all the default widgets. My review copy closely resembles @mindmaster.
The site had 0 customization and screams PBN. In my experience PBNs with no customization don't last long before getting deindexed.
For the price they may be ok to juice up some tier 1 backlinks or indexing web 2.0's.

I received my review copy today and here are the details:
1)The pbn was hosted on .uk domain which was nice touch as one will get diversity over .com domains.
2) The content was readable and surprisingly better than I had expected.
3) For metric lovers DA was 30 and Pa was 18 which is really nice.
4) It was a http and not https which I feel the seller can work on in the future.
Overall a nice service for the price value is definitely there, good luck with your sales.
