Won't ebay shut down your listng before it even gets to the point of someone paying you?
This is just a „may be“ case. I might offer some random items for smartphones but actually it doesn’t matter what I am offering but the way I get paid. People will get exactly what I am offering and this shouldn’t be a scam at all but I don’t want to receive payments directly on my name but on a account that don’t want me to verificate.

Sounds extremely sketchy.
You could always pay someone to receive money on your behalf, there's a lot of straw buyers.

This isn’t the plan. I am owning a own company and don’t want the money to be followed back to me or my company. Instead I am trying to receive money on a secret bank account that can’t be catched by the government.

So you sell real products, you just want to avoid taxes.
There is no such thing a "secret magical bank account" You could get an offshore bank account where you will not have to pay taxes but the moment you want to bring that money over to your country to use it you'll have the government knocking for some part of it.
Go look for a good accountant that can help you. No one here will offer anything unless they want to scam you.
The "bring that money over to your country" could be solved by purchasing cryptocurrency or similar, or not?

You will eventually want to buy things with that money and cryptocurrencies are already very regulated.
If you don't want to risk losing everything because you got greedy and didn't want to pay taxes at least pay for an accountant, they usually have legal loopholes that can help you save a lot of money and keep everything legal.

The money will always be tracked bc you will have to send it to yourself in the end unless you plan on never touching it.
Pay taxes and accept it as part of life.
No bank is going to be secret from the govt lol
At best you get around it for a few years then get hit with fines.
No one would accept that money for you either bc then theyd have to declare and pay taxes on it
