I want to hire someone for a task.
When I tried to pay It shows I don't have a payment method add (I already added PP)
When I add PP again & redirects to payment page it only shows CC as a payment option.
Which won't work. (It's a vcc not a real cc with fund)
I want to use by PP balance.
But it's not giving me the option to use PP balance.
How I overcome this issue?

Upwork not accept PayPal they do allow only CC from Banks.

If you try Payooner like card will not work.

Upwork these days is very bossy. Some of its policies are very rigid. I was able to add PayPal to upwork but it was for receiving the payment and have received multiple payments but it was more than an year ago. You May check with their support to see if they have any PayPal option.

They have PayPal option.
But it doesn't let me pay from my balance.
Want my vcc to fund my payment.

If you try Payooner like card will not work.

I work as a freelancer on Upwork and i have my Payoneer card attached as payment method. I don´t know if this is different if you´re the one hiring/purchasing the service.

I understand Payoneer is designed for freelancers that live outside the US to collect money from US companies.

For withdraw funds for freelancer Yes available but for Employer no Payooner supported .
