Yes, but between Korea and Japanese censorship is a big difference. You can find adult movies in some regular japanese stores. They have huge sex shops, anybody can go inside. There are porn magazines etc. public in Family Mart etc. The only part they are censoring are the genitals. But Korea blocks everything about porn. They even block access to porn websites. China does the same. Also Thailand is blocking access to porn websites and you won't be able to buy porn anywhere.
