Not all steps might be necessary but it's what I did. Feel free to comment if you think something can be left out or should be edited.
1. Download the apk of Google Play Services 12.6.87 for your device.
To know which specific version you need for your device, you need to know the number of the current version you own. Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Service. There you'll find your version and two strings of numbers inside brankets. We need the first string of numbers, before the minus sign.
For example: for Samsung S9 version 040408-223214910, you will search for the 12.6.87 version that starts with 040408-. If your device version is not available on apkmirror, use the nearest number to it. For example (like in my case), if your device number is "040306-", but it's not listed, choose "040304-".
Keep the apk file on your device for later steps, do not install it yet.
2. Enable "Unknown Sources"
If you haven't already, be sure to activate "Unknown Sources" in your Settings, so you will be able to install the apk in later steps (Settings > Fingerprints & Security > Phone Administrators (or Device Administrator) > Unknown Sources).
3. Disable "Find my Device".
To do that, again we'll go to Settings > Personal > Fingerprints & Security > Phone Administrators (or Device Administrator)
Click on it and deactivate "Find my Device", "Google PAY" (not Play) and all the other apps listed there.
4. Downgrade Google Play Services
Open Settings and visit Google Play Services again (not "Google Play Store, "Google Play Services for carriers", "Play Services for instant Apps" or "Google Carrier Services" - Just the "Google Play Services" App). Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and click on Uninstall updates. You will only be able to uninstall updates if you did Step 3.
5. Install the downloaded Google Play Services apk.
Go to your downloads and install the apk we downloaded in Step 1.
6. Stop Google Play Service from updating
Go back to your Google Play Services App settings. Click on "Data" (or "Data Usage" or "Mobile Data" on some phones), then Disable "Background Data". This will stop an Google Play Services update.
7. Disable Google Play Store
First run your Google Play Store App. Click on the 3 Stripes on the top left corner. Choose Settings > Auto-update Apps > choose "Do not auto-update apps"
Then go to Settings and open the Google Play Store App Settings. Disable the App. This will hide the play store icon and prevent automatic updates. If this keeps certain apps - like Youtube - from running or functioning properly, downgrade said apps like we did in Step 4.
That's it so far for the setup! Now we get our Spoof App.
8. Set your Location to High Accuracy
Go to Settings > Personal > Location, and set the "Mode" to "High Accuracy (GPS and networks)".
9. Download, Install & Run FGL Pro.
You can get the APK https://apkpure.com/de/fgl-pro/com.ltp.pro.fakelocation.
10. Configurate FGL Pro's Settings
After you opened the FGL Pro App, click on the 3 stripes in the top left corner. Click on Settings.
Edit them like shown in the pictures.
For Tinder Spoofing:
Activate Secure Mocking,
Choose Mocking Method 3,
Activate Autofix Mock Location,
Set Autofix Run Interval to 60 or more,
Activate Joystick.
Everything else is optional.
Then you can simply search for the Location you want on the bottom of the Map Menu and hit the Play Button to activate it.
For Snapchat Spoofing:
Activate Secure Mocking,
Choose Mocking Method 2,
Deativate Autofix Mock Location,
Deactivate Autofix Run Interval (usually automatically deactivated)
Activate Joystick.
Everything else is optional.
Again, you can simply search for the Location you want on the bottom of the Map Menu and hit the Play Button to activate it.
But before you share your Location on Snapchat, be sure to have the spoof run for at least 30 seconds and move your joystick around a few seconds right before sending the location. Otherwise it might not work. Honestly it's better to try testing it on a trusted person or a seconds account first, just to be sure it works for you.
