Perhaps my live stream sucks ?

It's only a Top 10 Twitter accounts realtime

I will try to promote it but it is not easy at all. It seems that live stream can't be promoted on youtube...

So if you have any advices in here thank you in advance

Have you tried to buy FAKE live stream viewers? It would boost your rankings among similar videos for a short (or a long) period of time, another thing, I believe that the search volume for things like 'Top 10 twitter accounts' is relatively low, meaning, noone likes to watch this kinda stuff, pray for youtube to recommend your stream.

Actually I was inspired by a big live stream channel « pewdeepie vs t-series » which has(had?) A LOT of viewers. And I think it’s a good idea to live stream this kind of content.

In this kind of things will always be a % of risk inside, but if nothing ventured nothing gained. I have a friend who buy FAKE live stream viewers and it actually works for him! I wish you all the best.

My biggest advice for you is to change your niche, try to find something that has a higher search volume or something that would attract potential viewers to view your stream.

Do a giveaway of sorts and encourage others to visit and stay on your stream (as well sharing it).

There are a plethora of techniques you could pursue for this.

Maybe you can start with a content that get views and then you can open another stream on your channel. So some of them can watch second one too. I dont know how people do that but some channels opening 4-5 even more streams in same channel I hope it helps

I have never had an issue with fake livestream views and they work extremely well for ranking your video's tags.

Make your tags what people would search for in the search bar. If you don't have enough volume for the tags, then you should consider changing your niche.
