Hi, I'm thinking in make a YouTube channel about kid's jokes, something made with 2d graphics, to let the kids play the video and laugh a lot.

My question is I can monetize this kind of videos, YouTube will enable my monetization for that kind of channel?

Also I can share in the description of the video some affiliate links or CPA offer?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Maybe look up demonetizing of kids channels on YouTube ... Late to the game...

Is not worth these days?

I see lot of kid's jokes videos with more than 20 millions of views, that is why I asking.

Yeah, but you need to work hard for those 20mil :D it's not like you will get instantly

It is definitely doable. Don't listen to people that say you can't or else you will never accomplish anything.

However, there is always the risk of being demonetized with YouTube and obviously a kids niche will have a lower revenue stream because kids have less money. ;)

I want to enter into the YouTube game, trying to find a good niche, far from reviewing articles; something that I can make in 2d or 3d.

Starting low and working hard to go up one step at the time.

Any ideas for a good niche for 2d or 3d content making?

Many things are possible, but have you kept in mind Google's $170 MM fine related to collecting data from kids and thus the changes to demonetizing kids related channels???

"As part of the settlement, YouTube must stop collecting data on videos that are targeted toward children (defined by the FTC as anyone under the age of 12). YouTubers who create videos for children, like unboxing toys or nursery rhymes, must also clearly label their content as being intended for kids."

I agree that it is a very risky niche to start right now. Perhaps OP can use the decreased competition to help build a brand that can be monetized in other ways. It is certainly possible - but you are right... It is not looking good for children's content creators.
