Better to use some high quality Proxies or VPSs, also make sure not using the same payment method that was used earlier.
for vps do you recomand amazon vps? I dont realy know how amazon vps works, can I chose any location? Thanks!

I'm using nordVPN, and I have multiple accounts. I don't think that's a problem.

You may use any VPS provider for this, make sure you select the location based on your profile. Also, keep in mind that VPSs are not available for every location.

well, those ID's won't last for long. And I want my own trick to do it, and I'll be testing different things in those id's. And also I am poor as fun

So you create new profiles and register to ads account right away?
YOu have to warm up your profile first. Give it a at least 2 weeks with regular activities like posts, group joins, share, PM, adding friends, etc..

Yeah, I agree with BetaRay. Give the accounts some time first before attempting to run ads on it or else it gets flagged by the system. Alternatively, you can as we just buy cheap old account and make use of it.

You're doing a bunch of things wrong, for starters its basically impossible to advertise on a brand new account.
Facebook is very very thorough so you have to use real accounts or what seems like basically real accounts and have to emulate a real computer, I'll leave it at that.

Well you can do the following
Write step by step how you create your accounts and how you started, adding friends? joining groups? posting same ads text or contact info, etc.
And try Again with making some Changes, Cause Facebook Knows your through something you Keep doing, GOOD LUCK
should i buy the accounts from same country as me? Or it doesnt matter ? I should just use residential proxy for the acct location? And again the problem for ads how I pay them? The vcc is so expensive...
Yeah buy the account from the same country as you, so that you can pay them through your personal card and remember this....if you used your personal card before on any other ads account on fb and that ad account got banned....its its better to get a new card or a vcc because when fb bans an ad account....it ban everything in it....like the website you are trying to advertise, card etc.
