Cheap+Good usually don't go together. It really depends on your level technical ability. You could get a cloud VPS from AWS for around $5-$10 per month. Ahead Host is pretty cheap and I've used them for years for Windows VPS. I have about 5 servers at A2 Hosting, although they have been having some uptime issues lately. I recently bought a VPS from Knownhost with LiteSpeed and LSCache. It's working well.

But I think your best bet might be something like some cheap shared hosting from a seller on the marketplace here. There's a bunch of offers and they're all probably decent. You can only get so much "good" out of a sub $10 hosting account.

Siteground (Managed WP) cheap, support is okay - LiquidWeb more expensive, support is perfect - DigitalOcean unmanaged - Linode unmanaged

I am using Webhosting1st almost a year now. All are good except degraded Page loading speed observed last few weeks.
