hey guys
for a while now ive been trying to get an online job.been searching and scouring the internet but to no avail.so i know it might be a long shot but i figured i'd ask here (at least i will get no cookie cutter quora style bs)

heres what im looking for:
honest hour pay for an honest hour work.im not looking for get rich quick schemes,im not looking for going into business by myself or anything that requires entrepreneurial spirit.(cause im already doing that on my own).but i need a supplement. something steady and reliable.
i just wanna be a worker bee.like : "this is the task, complete it and you get payed".
heres what im DEFINITELY not looking for:
-any sort of affiliate link stuff
-surveys,website testing,mechanical turk type stuff
-nothing with marketing or promotion(or commission work)
-no "we'll contact you once jobs are available for you" stuff
-no one off freelance jobs
-no start a blog/become a writer/virtual assistant stuff
(basically...none of the typical bs that you get when you google "how to work from home online".im sure you all know what i mean right?some jobs feel like REAL employment and others feel like something thats just gonna waste your time signing up for a bunch of crap)

i understand that i might sound demanding but...im looking for stable, reliable honest work. menial, boring, repetitive grind type of work.i just dont know where to look.but im sure theres some places out there that need an honest worker(and not a bunch of kids chasing pipe dreams of making 40 bucks an hour).like,if you go to an auto mechanic and he hires you.you can FEEL that thats a REAL job...you know what i mean?you do the work,he pays you.BOOM!i want the virtual equivalent of THAT lol.so if any of you got some ideas or could direct me to something or someone i would appreciate it very much.i just need to find someone who needs a guy for an hour a day to do things he doesnt wanna be bothered to do (and is willing to spend 10 bucks)

If you go on YouTube there are many people who talk about profitable online job opportunities and there whole channel is tailored to this. Most are looking for people in the US but there are others that are worldwide.

Appen would be the site you are looking for then

I sounds like the job you are looking for is VA. And there are thousands of such jobs going on all over the world. It depends on your skills, so you need to have a resume and then offer your services as a VA on the main outsourcing sites.

you have any VA outsourcing sites in mind?

im already on appen.waiting for "offers".
problem is most of these websites mostly have work for people in the us,england, australia etc.tough to get anything if youre not from an english speaking country .
i looked for the va stuff too but...a bunch of indians will outbid you every single time and end up working for 3$ an hour (i get it...thats the game...)
VA would be good tho'.i will keep tryin on that front

Tough luck, mate. I am from a tier 3 country and been working for months and so are plenty of others.
From what I have seen it all comes down to luck on getting accepted with projects.

Find something you're good at (for example; content writing) and offer your services on Fiverr (a good starting point for you).

For tier 3 countries appen pays $3/h so you can obviously make it to $10 if you get selected.

What do you mean by selected? Will they put any test or interview?
What type of work they offer?
Please provide more details please
Thanks

Hey man just do a little google search yourself and you will find the answers. Even better is applying to appen and you will get how things work there.

Common mods, lazy fucks are now demanding how they are being spoon fed

PLEASE BAN THEM!!!!

They bring nothing to the community, there are all useless pieces of sh*t, i don't hate n00bs but i hate lazy fucks like OP

Please do something

I have noticed something about very successful freelancers from tier 3 countries - they spent years learning to become very fluent in English. They even hire teams that do not speak English from their own country and run reputable gigs on Fiverr and other freelancing websites.

It is going to be difficult to get a great VA job that pays well without having good English skills. That's just the honest truth.
