Attack of the Bots! Please Help

I believe a good friend of mine is being targeted by bots that report everything they upload. It's the only explanation I can come up with as to how they post content that complies with guidelines but is constantly taken down within a matter of hours after posting. This is what they've noticed lately.

  1. No explanation is given when the content is taken down other than a general violation of guidelines statement with no links to appeal.
  2. Content is removed in a very short period of time.
  3. Thousands of bots (some new some old) were found on their follower list.
  4. Recently their facebook locked them out on 3 different occasions within a week's span for "suspicious activity"
So my questions are

  1. what do you guys think is happening to them?
  2. Are there automated report bots that can target content?
  3. What options do they have to protect themselves against these attacks (going private isn't a long term solution as they need swipe up link capability)
  4. Can a firewall be made around an Instagram account?

Just my opinion and this is what I would do.

First, tell your friend to start promoting and buying IG ads.

Second, after some time, he should contact Instagram to ask them how to sort this issue.

By being a paid user (the buying ads steps), IG (or any other business) will look into your friends issue more seriously.

I think it's a glitch

Unless there's a team of reporters going rogue

I had a post deleted for bullying & I see my competitors getting constant EV or PV

I think one of instagram/fb updates against bots, is backfiring against humans

OK, firstly they have over $3k spent in ads so that's not an issue.

Secondly, how is it that you suggest we go about getting a direct line of communication with Instagram. we have already used the facebook ads manager support chat route with no results.

Thanks for the reply and let me know.

What do you mean by EV and PV?

And this most definitely is not a glitch. At least not on the IG side of things. Not sure about Facebook though.

Phone verify and email verify
&
If it's not a glitch than instagram / Facebook is more weak that I thought.

I thought they had a chance to stop us, but when the truth came to light - they're actually deleting + hurting more humans than bot owners.

100 bots can go down and we don't care.
1 human infliencer goes down & it can ruin someone's potential + motivation. & They lose a user.

It seems we will win this fight & they will give up / cool down after elections

They can't risk Russian interference (or other foreign nation interference)

So they're doing what they can so they can avoid the wrong types of regulation .

It's either that, or a team of volunteer rogue reporters. But my money is on my first opinion

I think I follow what your saying.

Seriously guys. Any idea on how someone could target someone else on IG to the point to where they get a PG selfie taken down within minutes whenever they go public?
