Is there any way to control an Android phone from a Raspberry Pi?

Hello everyone!
Since the last update of Instagram I have been trying to find out any possible solution to manage the accounts and I was wondering if there is any way we can control Android Phones from a Raspberry Pi.
The idea is to connect the phone to the Raspberry Pi, and it can just automatically imitate human behavior to do certain actions on a particular app (in this case instagram).

I couldn't think of any other option to run accounts automatically. I just lost another instagram account today using jarvee :/

I use a windows app call led Vyzor that does what you need sort of.
