Signed up today, had a few small issues at the beginning but support was overwhelmingly wonderful, and everything is solved now. The system is not yet perfected compared to some of the unfairly priced competitors, but with such great attitude and care, I bet they will be there shortly. They even reset my credits which were used while I had issues with the initial searches!

MY REVIEW OF THIS SERP TRACKER​

Good thing I came across this tool. I have not communicated with the OP, neither did I get anything in return for this review;

Basic Description of What this Tool Does

Just input your keywords while setting up a project and it will show ranking positions, keyword volume, and other metrics. Simple as it may sound there are pros and may be needed improvements to using this software:

PROS:

Clean interface
Easy to understand and use
You're shown keyword position, volume, CPC, a nice graph of ranking positions, changes in the SERP from the last check, etc.
Priced based on keyword volume and frequency of SERP check
I like that the tool shows the number of keywords been tracked

SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT

During the setup of a project, the button below says "edit" rather than "save" The word save will be better understood by new users.
Allow for custom frequency check. I wanted to mix it up like 6day, 8 days, 9 days, etc but had to choose between what was presented.
The word "phone' should be replaced by "MOBILE" in the selection of the Search Device. I for one prefer desktop search metrics as it closely matches mobile from what I have seen.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Overall, this SERP tracking tool is impressive in its performance and very easy to use interface. I suggest you break up your keywords into blocks of 50/100 by creating different projects.

The frequency of checks chosen will determine how fast your credits are depleted. Checking keywords ranking once a week or every five days sounds reasonable, but feel free to spend as you wish.

This is easily one of the best keyword tracking tools and should be getting very popular in due time.

It seems to be a problem with your platform. I try to add new keywords, but after 1 day, they still didn't show the rank, only: N/A

The support told me they are fixing it. Please, "be patient".

The app is very good for the price, but I'd recommend to improve the communications. At least inform via Twitter when the app is down and keep users updated. For many, serp-tracking is a daily work and depends upon its results

Yeah, me too. And the newly added keywords gets N/A status. It seems that the server(s) is overloaded.
