Yea, hootsuite is pretty good too. I have used both Hootsuite and Buffer before, and don't really have any complaints between the free version of either.

Although the UI for buffer is a little easier to use (and it less frequently gives warnings about image size errors and stuff). Also buffer doesn't require payment info to use.

You can only have 10 scheduled posts at a given time on free plan.

Try the official Facebook Creator Studio. They added the Instagram posting option about a month ago.

Can post direct to your page as well. No phone reminder notifications.

Hootsuite is best for free and apphi is best for paid for me. (And Btw you surely don't want to use any windows bots?)

I highly recommend Later.com
Planonly is another popular one, but I think later is a much better professional tool.
Facebook / Instagram creator studio is terrible, don't go near it.
