Lots of people think we are all about the warnings and although that would be the easy way out that is not even close despite Megan Trainor's song.

We are actually all about the education, keeping things in place and not seeing the forum go off the tracks.

Here's a few alerts I give out that would typically be warnings but as opposed to a warning I give the alert so as to help educate. Not all ToS violations require a warning and we do our best to help as opposed to hurt (give warnings).

We are more beat cops as opposed to head hunting "Attila the Hun" types.

Here are SOME of the alerts we send as opposed to giving out a warning.

So many people think we are warning machines but do not know we are actually much better alert and clean up machines.

And you do not get paid for any of it!!!!

Can you imagine what it would be like for you if you lost your cookies/history for this site. Having to type all those again.

The work that you and @MisterF put into the Shit List sub is phenomenal and deserves everyones gratitude. You have mine.

Help is all I have received from the MOD's, with their fancy Lambretta Scooters and posh polo shirts !
No but seriously I do wonder if people actually read the rules ?

Very interesting to see the backend. I think I speak for most of when I say we’re very appreciative of everything you and the other staff do here to keep the forum clean.

Thanks for sharing!

You guys doing an amazing job, thats for sure! Or may i say: Thank you for your service!

You can thank the other staff members for their service; I'm only here for the free whisky they serve at breakfast in the staff forum.

What's an alert & where are they shown?
I don't think I've ever gotten an alert.

I am and have been a member in other forums as well (different genres) - and I might be biased but haven't seen more dedicated mods than the ones in BHW. They seem to love what they do and do it in that way that they don't consider it as work. I know in what circumstances BTB does for instance it and it's fascinating.

Other than that, keep up the good work is all I can say.

BHW mods are the lifeblood of this forum--y'all do excellent work behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, and help prevent the massive influx of spam and crooks that would be rampant without y'all's service.

Thank you to all the mods and admins for keeping BHW the best forum on the net, and thank you @BassTrackerBoats for the behind the scenes look! Drinks on me if I ever have the privilege of meeting any of you IRL

I need to get with you, Dude... let me see what I can do tomorrow as the wife will be around and things should be sort of normal.

Please check your Skype tomorrow.

Are you going to bring The Roots and @tymillz @FakeJimmyFallon?
