Where can I exchange PayPal to Bitcoin? (not a big amount, just $150)
Bitcoin sites are not available in my country, any ideas?

You can google PayPal to Btc there are a lot of options.

you can with wirvox but fee is 20% also you can try on paxful.. but i don't recommend selling because in both ways you will pay high fees,use this money for something else

Forget about virwox, they don't allow PP deposits anymore.
I would look on crypto forums marketplace sections to find such service. Be prepared to pay 15%+ rate (plus paypal fees).

So for 115$ + fees PAYPAL funds a person can receive 100$ in BTC?

Slight calculation error there. For 118 $.
Deduct 15% (17,7 $) and you will get about 100,3 $ in BTC.
That was probably the cheapest seller with good reputation I could find.
Some sellers have minimum to trade. Like $ 300 or $ 500. Some take higher fees. It depends.

You should try Localbitcoin.com or find someone "Trustworthy" on this Forum and exchnage your PayPal to BTC with.
