Unicode icons in <title>

I want to put various unicode icons in my <title> for the sake of looks, could that hurt my SEO?

Will it matter if i add the icon in the beginning or end of the title? (As i heard having your keyword in begining of your title has higher seo value and placing icon there will negate that value)

I wonder what the click through rate would be with a title that has a unicode icon, would users be inclined to click through or turned off.

Do you really want to mess with what is typically your <h1> tag on your site like that?

It's fine if you are not interested in ranking your site but I would not mess with an <h> tag that had importance if it were my site and I was working to rank it.

I believe he's wanting to mess with the <title> tag.
The title is what's displayed in serps and browser tabs, not the h1.

Although I agree, it's as worthy as a <h> and I wouldn't personally mess with it.

If google backend supports this, I see no reason why it would affect your rankings as long as it's not in the middle of the text.
