VPS for Uploading Movies

Hi, can you suggest recommended specifications of a VPS for uploading movies in hosting platforms for a movie website?

Can i just use normal SSD VPS or do i need to get offshore?

Can i still manage my movie site like editing contents in my WP even in my normal PC? I am concerned with regards to DCMA

It is better to use a Offshore VPS to host the website.
And use Google Cloud Windows VM to upload videos. 700MB file will be uploaded in few seconds on Google Cloud VPS.

Google Cloud giving Free $300 Credit for 1 year for new users. You need to enter valid credit or debit card details to join. Don't use VCC, you will get banned.

Then, get a Windows Server with Desktop experience.

I use offshore VPS to host website and it's content.
I download videos from Torrent on Google Cloud VPS and upload to website from it

i suggest you VIDEOSPIDER API it's a movies crawling search engine via api and put links in your DATABASE and everytime a link is dead it update with new link
for me looks better that way so you never lose time on uploading and downloding movies

i still new to this niche so i have little idea

so it scrapes updated links and latest qualities of movies (HD, HDRip, Cam, TS) from other competitor sites and also uploads links if you want to add a new movie?

is that a blackhat technique? i fear my site will be suspended or get DCMAed

AFAIK they are an eu based company. I bet $10 that you will get banned in a jiffy, if you upload illegal stuff. Did you try them personally? How many visitors does your site have per day?

Streaming movies is illegal since you didn't baught licence from Studios/Production Companies ... nothing to fear and most important is to not index your website on google use social media profiles ( buy aged niched account )

I got you, you need a windows VPS to download movies and then upload it to your accounts on different streaming channels and you will post it on your site afterwards,
for that i suggest you to buy a vps with good specs specially with 1Gbps port so that you can download and upload with speed.
I dont think you will have any problem either even if you buy an onshore VPS/Dedicated server. Because you will only use to remotely download upload
