Outsource WhatsApp Conversations To Virtual Assistant?

Hey guys, I wanted to get some input from some of you who have a lot of experience in outsourcing repetitive tasks to virtual assistants. So I recently read the Four Hour Workweek for the second time to identify if there is anyway I can improve in terms of productivity. One key concept from the book is to eliminate the minutiae to allocate more time to the activities you truly enjoy, Well, I noticed that i am dedicating a considerable amount of my time to talking to women on WhatsApp, and frankly, it's pretty time consuming to talk to all of them. So I thought to myself, hey!, why not hire a virtual assistant to handle all of my conversations? I know, this sounds incredibly stupid, unethical, perhaps even juvenile. But, nevertheless, I do find myself spending a lot of time texting back and forth with women and I think my time can be better used elsewhere. At the same time, i don't want to give up my relationships either. So I want to know, is there anyone who has ever hired a virtual assistant to handle their WhatsApp conversations? Please let me know! Thanks!

If you are discussing business with them. I believe you should stick with your regular personal chat, but automate like the greeting or introduction only. Because people like real chat more

Thank you so much! I seriously think it is too, but i am hesitant on going through with it because I don't know if WhatsApp will even allow someone to Login to WhatsApp Desktop from another country without your mobile device being next to the desktop. WhatsApp desktop only works if you scan the barcode with your mobile device as a way of two-step verification. I'm trying to see if there is a way that you can avoid that.

Yep the VA's are probably arranging the meets on their behalf lol

Anyhow, I use WhatsApp for web to let my VA access my WhatsApp via the desktop to respond to my customers, it also then let's me see the conversation in real time. The mobile just needs to have an internet connection for it to remain active.

You could probably do the same if you want to outsource your WhatsApp.

No, this is for personal conversations only. Nothing business related at all. As I mentioned, I am spending a significant amount of time talking to women and I don't want to end the conversations/relationship but at the same time notice that I am probably spending 10-13 hours a week talking to them. I would like to find a way to free up this time so I can allocate it elsewhere.

I totally agree with you. There definitely should be a FAQ sheet provided to the virtual assistant to avoid back and forth communication with them.

Well, primarily if you end up having to meet with them any time soon and they ask you stuff like: Since when do you like chocolate cake or something which you usually didn't like (or anything else whatever, you get the gist).
You should prepare the VA and the VA should log or sum up the conversations to prevent uncomfortable moments when e.g. meeting or talking to them in the future

On a serious note, so are you referring to WhatsApp Desktop? Or is this an entirely different application? Also, how do you avoid the barcode scan? For instance, if your virtual assistant attempts to Login from India and is asked to scan the WhatsApp Desktop barcode with the mobile device that has the account's phone number, how would circumvent that?

That's exactly how I do it, using the barcode scan.

That's hilarious! So basically you have to schedule a Skype session with the virtual assistant and then they would have to use their phone to scan the barcode that appears on your mobile device. Right?

By the way, I failed to mention that I am going to need someone who speaks fluent Spanish, as most of the women I am speaking to are from Latin American countries. Do you have any recommendations as to where i should find such a virtual assistant. Would UpWork be good enough or do you recommend another platform?

Also, do you know approximately how much this would cost per month?

Yes, one time schedule, took 3 mins tops, realised the screen brightness needed to be on full as scanning was a bit hit and miss but it's all in place now.

Most my customers are in a different time zone so I don't fancy staying up during the night answering WhatsApp enquiries.

Yes, exactly! International girls. I feel like I should use VAs to start with the basic information and then try to schedule a video call with them based on my hours of availability. Then, yes, I will do a video call. What I really hate about talking to so many girls is that you may invest anywhere from a 20 mins to one hour of conversations only to find out they are an escort, flaky, or something undesirable. For that reason, I prefer to outsource the introduction/small talk to a VA and have them schedule a video call for me and then tell me what time they scheduled it.
