I just registered on the website. I had a few simple questions and the guy just closes the chat without any warnings and I can't even open a new chat. I'm sorry, but that's just rude. I didn't even get the chance to enable creditcard payment because the chat was closed without my consent.

This is messed up. Am I the only person here who thinks the service is very poor. First I get banned from the chat after asking a few simple questions. I didn't swear, I wasn't rude, in fact, I stayed friendly the whole time even though the guy didn't seem to understand me. Then the chat windows just disappeared and I can't open a new chat. Pretty sure he was just being a rude and banned me from the chat even though I still needed to activate my creditcard.

Now I also found out that the guy isn't fulfilling my order. It's been over 24 hours. This is very poor service. I can't say anything good about this seller. I don't recommend it to anybody.

Beware of their false 0-12 hour promise, i been already waiting 1 week service not delivered, only excuse 0-12 hour. And till now they fefuse to refund, and not repair the service. Note : i have been waiting 7 days.
