Google Sandbox with Rank & Rent

Helllo friends,

I am looking to create a Rank & Rent site for fun and to improve my SEO skills. I am just wondering what I should do to best mitigate the whole Google Sandbox issue??

Should I register the Domain, create the site and let it sit for a little while type thing or should I just get right into it and start trying to rank this bad boy??

Would love to hear any/all suggestions!

For my journey thread Rank and Rent site, I got straight into it. I didn't enter the Sandbox at all and just focused on content, link building and keeping the site updated.

Go ahead and register the domain and get something up ASAP to get the clocks started also I think it’s good to get some sort of link pointed to it fairly early.
