In theory, yes you could get in trouble but realistically, don't count on it, doing a DMCA request by an official company costs money every time you use them that's why there is so much pirated porn on every porn tube, you just can't stop it.

What do you mean by really well I have 20 000 followers in twitter and can barely make something with Crakrevenue offers.

Chaturbate is available on 15 languages, you can switch between languages in the footer area. Those all have their subdomains, e.g. es.chaturbate.com is for Spanish speakers. Many models don't speak English or just very little, many of them are from Latin America.

If you have a lot of traffic from Germany or the Netherlands, i'd consider trying their own language, although most of those speak English too. The rest of the available languages are of tier 2 or tier 3 countries, i wouldn't bother with those. You're pretty safe, if you target only the English speakers, because most people in tier 1 countries can speak English or undertsand that much to be able to register and purchase tokens.
