20k monthly - what now?

Did i say i am EARNING the 20k now?

Or am i asking for ideas what one should do in this scenario?

Got any examples?
When you earn X per month,
Seek out a mentor who earns XX.

Don't have any investment suggestion, just an unsolicited advice - Respect the money you've got. Time changes in the blink of an eye.
Great tip!

On the legal side? One hundred percent real estate. And if you don’t give a damn about the money, invest in Crypto, let it stay there for long-term and I’m sure you will make another million off that too after a while, because shit is about to go down in Crypto market.

But mainly - real estate. In my city, we have a pretty famous father and son who started a real estate business, now they own half of the high-end apt. complexes here + opened a restaurant chain.

I wonder if there is anyone around here that has more information on starting a real estate.

A lad in my year at school in the UK, way back when, had an older brother 4 years older than him and another brother 3 years younger. They were an Indian family, down to earth and the older brother left school without qualifications but started buying and selling cars.
3 years later the lad in my year was working on a weekend and after school at his brothers car lot. Yes, he'd built up to having a forecourt and showroom selling second hand cars.

5 years after that they had 4 car showrooms, each brother managed 1 and a guy ran the other.

They were making money hand over fist but back then, 30 years ago they didn't piss it up against a wall or buy flash cars, but they bought property.

They now own over 150 houses that they rent out. Now they drive the flash cars. They bought their mum and dad a house, which is an 8 bedroom set in 20 acres old mansion that was once HQ to a recruitment company I used to sell to.

Their sister is the accountant. Last time I bumped into any of the brothers was 18 months back when I returned to the UK for a couple of days and this Bentley pulled up next to me as I was walking down the street to my car. He'd just been to look at buying a golf course. His logic was, irrespective of a financial downturn, the rich are always rich and enjoy golf.
I'm pretty sure there are tax benefits to that too.

An investment club focuses on the next big trades. A good investment club has a network of insider industry information, and operated by financiers. You can 5x your investment, which is the goal.

Great responses thanks a lot

20k with no emotional attachment? learn how to trade or find a guy that knows how to trade but don't have so much money and make 50/50 the profits or whatever. i know guys making few Ks per day with waaay less than that lol

Imagine you could clone yourself 10 times and do the exact same thing. Would that 10x your earnings & generate you $200k? Consider audience size and demand for your service..

If so, substitute your conceptual cloned self with 9 other people/bots and do just that. Could either hire them on fixed wages or JV for profit share. Then when you do $200k comfortably you can then try with 99 people..

Don’t even need to manage all, just create a pyramid and let your initial 9 people manage 11 people each with the same system..

If you can afford to lose $20k 100 times.

Then go to the horse track. Vote on the horses that have 1 in 5000 chance of winning. You only need to win once to win mad $$$$.

$20,000 x 5000 = $100,000,000 (100 million dollars).

I don't know anything about real estate, but I know that people often flip houses where I live by buying it low and investing in the house to make it a bit better and sell later and you could profit from 10k+ depending on your negotiation skills and if you are in the great area etc.

You could start now to look around, look at prices and start to get familiar with it. When you feel like you want to jump on it and that you understand some part of it you can jump in. This might took a year or so, but better to know what you are doing than not to know.

This is actually pretty funny.

My actual plan atm i suspect it to get me to 20k a month average.

It is not literally possible to do it all more often.

But only now with an ansser this straightforward, i realize that "acting" as a different person, could work.

I doubt theres a bookie around that would pay that hahaha.

Well, if emotion is something you currently do not share with your greens, you could help me fill the hole that I've dug for 250 meters for innocently fiddling around with the "Sports Betting" world, cure my headache and hammer a nail in this sad story that torments me every morning for good.

ouchh... what did you do?

Okay so in a scenario where you earn 20k per month.

And lets say you don't care about the 20k at all.

In my scenario i have a million so enough money to live, the 20k are earnings, and could be used as toilet papier if that were the way to go.

So not emotionally attached, willing to take big risks with the money. Only care about the outcome of what could be if i succeed.

If i could lose the 20k a hundred times, and i have one percent chance to make a splash big enough to last a lifetime, that would also be OK.

Hiring employees would be ok too as long as its not on paper. Even when they only cost.

So im just looking for the perfect plan if i had 20k with no emotional attachment at ALL.
If you can make 20K a month like that why dont you flip it and get a nice return in the entertainment business. My friend has a movie studio were its now public, and movies are being made right now in L.A., or maybe real esatate in a Texas, its very lucrative now.

You have 1 million but you don't care about the 20K? (1million just = 2 x 50)

Seems crazy.

Do you have an example?

And no I cannot, yet.

Its a very educating thread though and trust me some of these ideas will be put to work soon..

Even if its with a little less.
