As I said before to a lot of people, this depends a lot on your proxies, having 100% success rate vs having 50% success rate vs 10% success rate with your proxies is going to influence how many proxies you need and how much does it take to create 100 accounts a lot.

The number of accounts you can create depends a lot on your proxies and how many threads you can use, how fast your proxies rotate and so on, for example 1 thread vs 2 threads is a 2x difference in the speed in theory, so this is why I can't make any estimations.
