So I'm getting questions from several people about this course and as I finished it I will post a first impressions review as I get enough PM's as it is
NICHE
Naturally I will not reveal the niche he is using but I will say this about it, it's evergreen and for the few that don't know what that means, there will always be people looking for this product and depending on your skills there will always be people interested to buy these products.
SATURATED?
For me something is really saturated when you will be having a hard time finding KW's that are easy to rank. I haven't even did a full KW research even though OP is giving a shit load of easy to rank KW's I found tons of easy to rank KW's that were not in the course.
Now OP's his course provides 19 sheets of KW's that easily pass 100k searches a month in the US only, below is my short list of 13 KW's I found on my own and that was literally 5min of work so if I would really take the time I'm sure I can get a LOT more + the sheets of this course.
BUT WAIT! IF YOU ARE DOING IT AND 24 OTHERS HOW WOULD I BE ABLE TO MAKE A SALE??
Yeah it's logical to think like that but to make this work you have to set up some real quality articles, there are so many KW's good luck writing articles for ALL of them.
IS IT WORTH THE $249?(seems he has a discount ATM)
I think it's a steal really. That is only about 4-5 leads plus once you have set everything up the right way it really doesn't need a lot of maintenance. Besides that, OP really didn't put as much effort in it as I would so the potential is much bigger than he has reached so far.

There is, I wouldn't call it so much a catch in general though but the catch is what OP already stated in his into, you will definitely need a work ethic.
It's not difficult to set up but to do it right it's hard work for sure. It's not something you set up in a couple days or maybe you will as I'm really picky when it comes to design, setting things up but IMO it will take a couple weeks of hard work to make it work.
That being said, once you have set it up, it doesn't require much work to maintain.
ABOUT THE COURSE LAYOUT
No fluff really, several links he could've made into an aff link but didn't, videos and eBook are clear and straight to the point, easy to follow.
ANY CRITIQUE?
No big things really except the sheets were in .numbers which is a MAC extension so had to convert it all to XLS but already told him about that.
One small thing, when talked about hosting it's said take the cheapest package, I disagree with that, cheap is usually slow, not when your site is small in the beginning but as you will be growing it I would suggest you get proper hosting from the start
Last thing, I spoke about a case-study but that won't be a day to day/week to week thing. I will only post it when I finished the site and got shit ranked and till then I will make notes that I will then include in it.

To conclude it all, yeah, this course has massive potential to set up something that could make you good money but at the end of the day it's
you that will have to put in the work. The course will also help you understand AM better if you've haven't dabbled with it too much.
