My take from the pdf shared by the OP and all is that we will be promoting an affiliate program in the health and beauty or wellness niche something along those lines and we by not providing service.
Btw OP why do you think this should not apply to other niches out there as there are highly competitive niches out there...why only 1 industry?

Apparently the discrepancy is only 800 bucks so it's not a big deal. If it was recorded earlier so the earnings weren't updated it makes sense.

I've had a lot of messages and emails regarding this course, so I'll by address the main points that have been raised. As always, I'll be completely open and honest in my responses.
Rather than quote you all (as that'd take up way too much space), I've written the following essay (!):
Why are you selling this method if it makes you $500 per month passive income and has made you over $27,000?
For purely business reasons. I have two businesses: an SEO/copywriting business and another outside of the internet - the combination of which provides the lion's share of my income. There is no doubt that this method does provide a nice side income, however, as I want to invest more money (and time) into my current businesses, I have decided to raise the capital myself rather than borrowing it - hence why I've written this course and am selling it, along with my sites also. I know some people may have a different logic to me or not understand why I'd give up a passive income, but, business is business, and I'll be damned if I'm going to borrow a penny from anyone or any financial institution. Those with businesses/side businesses (most of you on here) will understand where I'm coming from.
Another reason is that I always planned to make numerous sites, authority sites etc...and make this my main source of income. But, having two other businesses and a family meant that I could never achieve that due to time constraints. It is frustrating as hell, but if I can pass on what I know and my experience to others, hopefully, they can make more money than I did from it!
$249 seems expensive. Why is the price so high?
In my opinion, it's not high at all....but I'm going to say that though! Here are my thoughts on the pricing.
What else do people spend $249/several hundred dollars on? Let's take a look at a few examples:
(These are just a few examples and are in no way meant to disparage those buying or selling these services).
1) PBN links: There is no doubt that PBN links can have a profound effect on website rankings, which in turn can have a positive impact upon earnings. However, we all know that there are substantial risks when buying PBN links. They may work; they may have no effect whatsoever, or they may tank your site into oblivion.
2) Pre-made affiliate sites: Having a pre-made website is great because it means you don't have to do the hard work in the beginning, i.e. doing the hard yards building the sites. However, after that point (typically) you'll be on your own to do SEO, marketing etc. Plus, depending on what type of affiliate site you have, you may find that you're only earning a few dollars per sale.
Because I'm selling a course for $249 people will obviously be extremely wary and sceptical of this; something that I completely understand. However, this isn't just a course. I am giving you all of my knowledge and the know-how that will enable you to build your own site(s) in a lucrative, ever-growing niche, using a method that has earned me over $27,000, through an affiliate program whose minimum commission is $20. My average commission over four years was $49 - and as you'll be doing exactly as I did, there is no reason to think that your average commission will be much different from that. If your average commission was around the same as mine, it wouldn't take long before you've made back your original investment.
Everything is laid out on a plate for you. My specific methods and techniques. All the resources you need. Comprehensive keyword research. How to put your sites together (hours worth of videos on this). How to choose a domain. How to market your sites. How to use parasites. Back-up plans, plans B, C, D etc. How to get things for free or for as little as possible (this is a theme throughout the course). Everything laid out step-by-step in nearly seven hours of videos and 60-page eBook.
Plus, you get me and my expertise. I know this niche inside out and have knowledge that spans back years and years, and I will share all of this with you. You'll get my personal email address and can ask for as much or as little help as you want.
Of course, you will have to do some of the work, but what you'll learn will not only help you to (hopefully) succeed with this specific method but also help to improve your other affiliate-based ventures too, as some of it is transferable.

There is the potential that you may be in competition with a few others, but given the small number of people who will have access to the course and the various different options available within the course (different types of sites, 20,000+ keywords available etc...), I feel it is highly unlikely that anyone will suffer because of it. There is plenty to go around. At the end of the day, there is competition in every niche, and if you're the sort of person who is averse to competition, then I'd say this course isn't for you.
I'm from X country, can I still buy your course?
As long as you have a bank account, you can use this course - it doesn't matter where you're from.
How quickly will I make money?
It's better to view this as a marathon rather than a sprint, i.e. something medium to long term, rather than the immediate short term. While it would be entirely possible to make sales within the first week or two, for most, I'd think beyond that. However, it all depends on you, how much work you put in, how many sites you want to build, how many different marketing strategies you want to use etc. If you want to set and forget and earn a passive income, then that's certainly possible, but those who are proactive will have more earnings potential.
