Drink water, pop tumeric pills and apple cider vinegar pills for anti-inflammatory + detoxification. Down a lemon water. Take a black coffee to my coffee area and meditate for 10 mins, then do 10 mins of nback training, little exercise, then an hour's reading, then fast and work for the day.

I must wake up so I drink water, then coffe and I do some light cardio watching news or reading a book. by the way , yes that guy on a slider is me http://fitaktiv.pl/ so I recomend this type of morning rituals

Dry off the cup. There's 1/2 cup in the pitcher. Good enough. Pour coffee into cup. Now where's my desk, and my computer. And my cigarettes...

Yeah man, it was awesome! Currently playing the Witcher 3 from the beginning with all expansion packs and some mods but only like one day in the week/2 weeks cuz otherwise I get nothing done
