I read Google webmaster guideline. They says not allow to Irrelevant backlinks. If we create backlinks from deferent social media profile all that backlinks are Irrelevant backlinks?

thank you

If you make sure they are not irrelevant, profile links are fine to use. They don't pass very much link juice, so don't expect them to move your rankings. However, they help you create a good anchor text profile (use your naked URL or site brand as the anchor text) and link profile generally.

Make sure you add enough text to make the page overall relevant to your website. In other words, write good, unique descriptions for each profile you create.

You may need to point other types of links at the profile pages to get them crawled and indexed.

Is it okay to create all profile backlinks from same IP?

Yes, why wouldn't it be?

Provided you're not creating multiple profiles on the same website (which would probably be flagged because you're creating multiple profiles for the same website - spamming), you don't need to change your IP each time you go to a new website.

There are some good services on the marketplace for profile links. I think they start from $9.

Unless those website are not owned by google, it wont make any difference. The idea is you do not leave any footprint to google. Lets say PBN, even that is not owned by google but they do have google fonts enabled in wordpress, so you need to change IP to avoid any footprint. Otherwise in general, if you are making account into different social media or web 2.0 platform, do not bother to change the IP every time

You can create high DA profile sites, commonly known as branding.
