Site is not and was not down at any moment.
I hard to believe that there are Tickets that not responded.

As for your orders, all orders running great as described, ~12h start time.
If you have any concerns regarding your orders, feel free to ticket us anytime.

We are working on new updates, even that our last "big" update was in June, rates was reduced by almost 40% since than, so your conclusion is not that accurate.

Anyway, we are responding very fast on our website and less on BHW,
